I have lived in Florida for over 10 years, but originally from  Folsom, PA. I have a background in restaurants and hospitality where I learned a lot about customer service.

I love saving people money ! I am the retention manager and re-marketing specialist. I focus to make sure our current clients have the best option for them especially in situations where there has been an increase, they’ve made updates to homes, or have been with a carrier for awhile. I also market the non-renews due to exposure and underwriting issues and always find them coverage.

I have been with FBQ for over 5 years now and watched it grow so much over the years and keeps continuing to grow.  We are a family here which means a lot to me!  I appreciate the flexibility I have been given to be able to work around my little ones schedule.  I understand what we do here is protect our clients biggest assets and am honored they trust us and do everything I can to make sure they are properly protected.
